Using this website
You may use the website for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to damage the site, misuse forms, interfere with security, copy protected material for commercial use or present SykerFlex content as your own.
Fitness and nutrition information
Articles, calculators, product reviews and general guidance are educational and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Exercise and dietary changes carry individual considerations. Seek appropriate medical advice before making changes if you have symptoms, an injury, a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or are unsure whether an activity is suitable.
Online coaching services
Coaching deliverables, communication, check-ins, start dates and plan-specific features are confirmed before payment or enrolment. You are responsible for providing accurate information, communicating changes that may affect safe participation and completing activities within your own capability. Coaching outcomes depend on many personal factors, so no specific result, rate of progress or transformation is guaranteed.
Prices and payment
Current prices and included features are shown on the coaching page or confirmed directly. Payments may be processed by Stripe, Klarna or another provider, whose additional terms may apply. Unless stated otherwise, monthly coaching renews according to the arrangement confirmed when you join.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation details are explained in the Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
Affiliate links and product reviews
Some articles include affiliate links. SykerFlex may receive a commission from a qualifying purchase at no additional cost to you. Recommendations reflect editorial judgement, but product availability, price, ingredients and suitability can change. Check the seller’s current information before purchasing.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the SykerFlex name, original text, layouts, graphics, downloadable resources and coaching materials belong to Roland Balogh or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, resell or distribute them commercially without written permission.

I work to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruptions, errors or outdated external information may occur. To the extent permitted by law, SykerFlex is not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on general website content or by external websites outside my control. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
