How does the online coaching work?

Once you join, you will receive your custom plan via a simple PDF and a tracking spreadsheet. Your entire routine, workouts, meal targets, and daily habits, will be laid out clearly. You can log your reps and track your food, and send me videos of your exercises directly via WhatsApp so I can analyze your form and ensure you are lifting safely, no matter where you live!

Do I need to be in good shape before I start?

Not at all. Whether you are a total beginner who has never touched a dumbbell, or a gym regular looking to break through a plateau, your plan is made specifically for your current fitness level. We start where you are right now and safely build up your strength and confidence from there.

Do I need a gym membership?

No, a gym membership is not strictly required. I design your program based entirely on the equipment you have access to. Whether you train at a fully-equipped commercial gym, have a few dumbbells in your garage, or just want bodyweight home workouts, I will create an effective plan that works for your environment.

How long until I see results?

Most of my clients report feeling more energetic, stronger, and noticing better sleep within the first 1 to 2 weeks. Noticeable physical changes like fat loss or muscle definition usually become apparent around weeks 3 to 4, provided you are consistently following your custom training and nutrition targets.

Will you give me a strict meal plan?

No boring meal plans here. I do not believe in forcing people to eat plain chicken and broccoli every day. Instead, I will calculate your calorie and macronutrient needs, and teach you how to hit those goals while still enjoying your favourite foods.

How do I know which package is right for me?

If you want weekly check-ins and frequent form reviews, go for Transformation or Elite. If you are already highly motivated and just want a great, personalised plan to follow by yourself with monthly check-ins, Foundation is perfect.

Am I locked into a long contract?

Absolutely not. All of my coaching plans are rolling monthly or quarterly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time with no hidden fees or cancellation penalties.
